Muy lindo y céntrico el hotel, como a 4 cuadras de la plaza central. Los cuartos y camas Super limpios. Los cojines de lo más ricos y cómodos. Agua caliente y secadora. Su pequeña cafetería tiene un servicio al cuarto maravilloso, sus platillos muy ricos y bien servidos y los precios Super accesibles, nada caros. El personal muy atento y servicial. Disfrute mucho mi estancia. Volvería a hospedarme ahí.
Bonito el hotel rústico buena ubicación la habitación es buena para descansar después de un tour el personal muy amable me gustó por la ubicación el detalle es q siempre salíamos temprano a los tours y no supimos si había desayunos y no preguntamos pero estaría muy bien

Had a great stay here. The rooms are roomy, the plaza is attractive and the front desk folks helped me out with numerous things - answering general questions, taking care of little things with the room, getting me a taxi. The restaurant only offers breakfast items (all day) but the food and service is good.
Rooms are clean and spacious, as San Cristobal may seem a bit cold for some people, the staff offered us extra blankets, and heating. Our room had a decent internet connection, and beds were really comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant, and the breakfast was tasty. They have room service.

I really recommend this Hotel in San Cristobal if I ever comeback this will be with no doubt my place to stay again. The rooms are very clean they have super hot water in the showers, a garage so you can park your car and just walk to the plaza. The stuff is really nice, the restaurant serves great food and fantastic Mexican bread. The one thing this hotel don’t have is air conditioning in their rooms, for some people this might be bad, but it wasn’t for me, I guess is just a matter on what season you visit San Cristobal. The price I think might be on the high side compare to other hotels but I think it is worth the price.
El hotel es justo como se ve en las fotos, muy lindo y lleno de detalles. El personal es extremadamente amable y gentil lo cual es incalculable. Las habitaciones son amplias, la cama cómoda y amplia, los juegos de cama muy bien. Todo muy limpio. Mi única sugerencia es que arreglaran el tema de wifi, ya que en nuestra habitación únicamente entraba en el baño! Ojalá también pudieran tener más variedad de alimentos. Pero estos detalles se olvidan ante tanta amabilidad. Abrieron antes de lo normal para poder desayunar antes de irnos de excursiones. Ojalá este hotel sea más visitado de verdad que es muy muy bello.
